Carl's Biography :


Carl's mission is to provide his clients with current, accurate and valuable information in order to effectively meet and exceed their real estate expectations. Carl was educated at Virginia Commonwealth University and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance in 1987. Carl invested 10 years learning corporate accounting at Signet Bank and Financial after graduating from VCU. He was responsible for various accounting procedures and processes while serving as an accountant that organization. After that, Carl served as a commercial loans underwriter for a local lender who provided SBA funding/loans to small to mid-sized businesses. Carl prepared and reviewed financial statements of corporations in order to determine the viability of commercial loan requests for shopping centers, convenient stores, salons and a host of other small businesses. With the background and experience gathered after graduating with his degree in Finance, he earned his license as a real estate professional in 1994 and has built his practice since that date. Carl is positioned to assist you with every facet of your real estate needs. He has created a customer service organization that will provide you with the highest level of service possible. His team has a supply of buyers, sellers, investors, contractors and lenders that are willing to make your real estate transaction successful. Carl and his family live in the area. He and his wife have 3 kids and 4 grand kids. Carl loves worshiping with his St. Paul's Baptist Church family, spending time watching his kids grow and playing golf.
